Combining dance, electronica, techno and all those other computer-y genres, Mylo is a famous Scottish record producer and DJ whose sole solo release is this awesome album. The album begins on a lush and trancelike note, but quickly hits its stride with a series of more danceable tracks. The production is great and Mylo has a good ear for fills, color and texture. Every song here is a synesthetic (sp?) dream. He also knows how to use vocal samples well, which is absolutely crucial. This is a must for any listener of modern electronic music.
